Novice Competitive Stream

We offer novice programs for athletes in the beginning stages of their artistic swimming careers
who are wanting to train competitively. Programs are coached by NCCP Competition-
Introduction (Level I & II) certified coaches. Swimmers build on their artistic swimming basics
and learn more complex routines, figures, and artistic swimming skills. We offer our novice
program at the 8 and under, 9-10, 11-12, and 13-15 age categories. Athletes train twice/week
and compete at novice level competitions throughout the competitive season.

Provincial Competitive Stream

We offer provincial level programs at the 9-10, 11-12, and 13-15 age categories. Programs are
coached by NCCP Competition-Introduction (Level I & II) and Competition-Development (Level
III) certified coaches. Swimmers advance their artistic swimming skills and learn how to become
competitive athletes. Provincial level athletes are given the opportunity for extra routines (solo
or duet) during the competitive season and are given the opportunity of trying out for summer
Provincial Team programs with Ontario Artistic Swimming. Athletes train four times/week and
compete at provincial level competitions throughout the season.

National High-Performance Stream

We offer a national program at the 13-15 age category. Programs are coached by NCCP
Competition-Development (Level III) certified coaches. Swimmers perfect their artistic
swimming skills, train extra routines, and learn what it means to be a high-performance athlete.
Athletes at the national level tryout for summer Provincial Team programs with Ontario Artistic
Swimming, and summer National Team programs with Canada Artistic Swimming. These
athletes train five times/week and compete at national level competitions across the country.
